Understand short slow dialogues, join everyday interactions (cafés, travel, work, health, invitations) and use new vocabulary in role-plays.

Self-paced: plan roughly 15–30 minutes per episode for listening and practice, more time for extra speaking or review.
No special materials required—bring a notebook and find a speaking partner or record yourself to get the most out of the speaking practice.
